CANCELLATION POLICIES
FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION POLICY
- Date changes without extra charges. Notify us 72 hours before your tour.
- Change of destination without surcharge. If it has the same value and availability. Please let us know 72 hours before your tour.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the tour date get a 50% refund.
- Cancellations 48 hours before the tour are non-refundable (100% no show).
- Not showing up for the tour. It has no refund.
- Any cancellation of reservations for Holidays, Easter, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day will not be refunded (New Year's Eve and New Year's Day apply from December 20 to January 5).
- Requesting changes to the itinerary during a service is subject to additional charges.
- All cancellations, date changes and destination changes must be requested and confirmed by email: info@tikalexpedition.com Y tikalexpedition@gmail.com
- Please note that this does not apply to hotel reservations, air and helicopter tours. Please check with hotel and airline policies.
NO CANCELLATION POLICY
Our tours and services do not offer the option of cancellation, change of dates or change of name once payment has been made. By confirming the reservation and making the payment, the client accepts these conditions. If the client is unable to participate in the trip, no refund will be made. Exceptions to this policy will only be made for cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters, accidents, or political situations that prevent the trip from being carried out.
It is important for customers to carefully review and read the reservation and cancellation policies before making a purchase.
