- 28 days or more: 10% of the total price of the reserved transfer
- 15 days or less: 50% of the total price of the reserved transfer
- 48 hrs or less: 100% of the total price of the reserved transfer
- Any cancellation of reservations for holidays, Easter, New Years, has no refund
- Any change to the itinerary has an extra charge.
- Please note that this does not apply to air or helicopter travel; airline policies apply.
